AC Milan are tied with Napoli at the summit of Serie A after relinquishing a two-goal advantage to finish 2-2 on Saturday in an engaging encounter against struggling Parma.
Leading by two goals in the 25th minute, thanks to an early strike from Alexis Saelemaekers and a penalty from Rafael Leao, Milan appeared poised to extend their advantage over Napoli before the champions faced a challenging away match against Bologna on Sunday.

Adrian Bernabe scored a stunning goal for the hosts just before half-time, reducing the deficit. Enrico Delprato then netted a well-placed header, earning Parma a well-deserved draw that lifted them two points clear of the relegation zone.
Mateo Pellegrino struck the post just moments before captain Delprato scored his first goal since January, as Milan faced a relentless offensive barrage from Parma following the break.
On Sunday, Roma and local rivals Inter Milan have the opportunity to surpass Milan, as they face Lazio at the San Siro, with both teams trailing the leading pair by just one point.
The visiting team nearly secured a victory, as substitutes Christian Pulisic and Saelemaekers squandered prime chances to find the net.
Pulisic missed a golden opportunity when he rolled wide in a one-on-one with Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki in the 76th minute. Just six minutes later, Saelemaekers fired over the bar from an open goal after evading Suzuki.
