Monza and Arsenal preparing to complete the deal in coming hours.
After making an impression while wearing the Udinese jersey in the second half of last season, the 28-year-old, who is no longer in favour at Arsenal, has been connected to several Italian teams this summer.
Monza, who were recently promoted to Serie A for the first time in their history, face a tough task maintaining their place among Italy’s elite, but if they succeed, transfer expert Fabio Romano claims they will be forced to purchase Pablo next summer.
The offer is a loan with an obligation to buy, €5m will be paid to make the move permanent in case Monza remains in Serie A next season. Player is expected to land in Italy and complete his medicals in coming hours.
