AS Roma has succeeded in acquiring one of the most highly rated young talents that has emerged from Real Madrid’s youth programme in recent years through the process of signing him to a contract.
It is the player known as Julen Jon Guerrero who is in question. He is currently 19 years old and plays the position of number 10 in the midfield where he excels. Additionally, he is the son of the legendary Athletic Bilbao player Julen Guerrero.
Even though Guerrero was considered to be one of the best players in the Real Madrid youth system, he was never promoted to the senior squad. And during the previous campaign, in the month of January, he was loaned out to SD Amorebieta, a team that competes in the third division of Spanish football.
However, his time at Santiago Bernabeu will come to an end much more quickly than anyone had anticipated. Fabrizio Romano has tweeted that the club is in the process of acquiring Guerrero from Real Madrid. He will initially join the Italian club on loan, but the club will have the option to buy him out. A sell-on clause of fifty percent will be maintained by Los Blancos.
