Nicolo Zaniolo, a target for Tottenham, has informed Roma that he wants to leave the team.
Tottenham has made a loan offer with a £30 million buyout option for Zaniolo, but Roma wants an obligation clause in response to interest from AC Milan.
“Nicoló Zaniolo has asked to leave the club — but it’s not sure that it’s gonna happen. Current proposals are not enough. We only need a good proposal to let Zaniolo leave, and we’ve not received it. My feeling is that at the end, he will stay”

Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski both missed portions of the season due to injury, which limited Conte’s attacking options.
Leandro Trossard was a winger that Spurs were interested in signing, but they were unable to do so before the £27 million transfer to Arsenal.
Attacking midfielder, 23, has made 128 appearances for the Serie A powerhouse, scoring 24 goals and dishing out 18 assists.
The club director of Roma, Tiago Pinto, stated before the game that Zaniolo had “put his individual interest in front of those of the collective” by choosing not to play in Sunday’s 2-0 Serie A victory over Spezia.
