Pedro signed a new contract with Lazio, which ensures that he will continue to play for the Serie A club as they qualify for the Champions League again the following year.
After the expiration of his previous contract at the end of the previous month, Lazio made the announcement on social networking sites that the former Spain international will be staying with the club, but they did not specify how long his new deal would be.
According to the Italian media, Pedro has signed a one-year contract that has an option to extend it until June of 2025.
Pedro, now 35 years old, signed with Lazio in 2021 after being let go by their rivals in the area, Roma, and was an important member of the squad that finished in second place in Serie A last year.
For the first time in sixteen years, Lazio will compete in the group stage of the Champions League alongside Napoli, the two Milan clubs, and the other club that won the tournament.
