In search for a new left defender, Lazio are interested in Real Madrid prospect Miguel Gutierrez.
The Biancocelesti are aware that Maurizio Sarri requires a stronger alternative in the left back position, and their top aim is Chelsea’s Emerson Palmieri, but a transfer appears to be too difficult to complete this summer, forcing them to search elsewhere.
According to Il Tempo (via TMW), Lazio have been monitoring Miguel Gutierrez. Lazio are also interested in signing the Real Madrid player on loan this month.
The 21-year-old Spaniard had been out for around two months owing to a knee injury, but he’s lately returned to training and appears to be ready to play again. Gutierrez made a handful of first-team appearances for Los Blancos last season, recording one assist.
