Yunus Musah, an American midfielder, has been permanently acquired by AC Milan from Valencia as part of a transfer that was officially announced on the club’s website.

Yunus Musah is expected to enter into a long-term agreement with the Rossoneri that will keep him playing for the team until the summer of 2028. According to the official statement released by Valencia, he has been purchased for 20 million euros in addition to add-ons.

Yunus Musah is the eighth player to sign with the club this summer, and he is the second American national team player brought in by the club’s new owners, RedBird Capital, in their first active market since taking over ownership of the club from Elliott Management.

The player who came up through the Arsenal FC youth system moved to Spain in 2019, where he played for a season with their youth squad before making his debut with the senior squad. Since then, he has played 108 times for Valencia, during which time he has scored 5 goals and provided 3 assists.

Given his young age, the 20-year-old player has a great deal of untapped potential as well as significant room for improvement.
